1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AYD Sports Academy platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, then you may not access our services.

2. Program Registration and Fees

All programs require advance registration and payment. Fees are non-refundable except as specifically outlined in our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

3. Participant Conduct

• All athletes must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully.
• AYD Sports reserves the right to dismiss any participant for misconduct without refund.
• Athletes are required to follow safety guidelines provided by coaches at all times.

4. Liability Waiver

Participation in sports training inherently carries the risk of physical injury. By participating in AYD programs, you agree to release and hold harmless AYD Sports Academy, its directors, and coaches from any liability regarding injuries sustained during training.

5. Intellectual Property

The AYD logo, branding, and training methodologies are the exclusive property of AYD Sports Academy. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.
